These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('User') and oktka ('Platform', 'we', 'us'). Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on oktka, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oktka strictly enforces the 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned minus any bonuses claimed.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during the registration process. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person are strictly prohibited and any bonus funds accumulated across such accounts may be forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with local laws.

oktka reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and to request supporting documentation (such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) as part of our know-your-customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals.

Deposits & Withdrawals

oktka supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, ensuring fast, convenient, and secure transactions in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the oktka Platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to manipulate games, betting markets, or Platform systems through the use of automated bots, scripts, exploits, or collusion with other users.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing bonus restrictions, account limits, or identity verification requirements.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including running a business, syndicating bets, or reselling Platform access to third parties without prior written consent from oktka.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your oktka account. Each account is strictly personal; account sharing is a breach of these Terms regardless of the reason.

oktka employs advanced fraud-detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and financial institutions to identify and prevent prohibited activity. All transactions are monitored in real time, and suspicious activity is escalated to our compliance team for review.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the oktka Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of oktka or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, decompile, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written authorisation of oktka. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on this Platform may result in civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oktka, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content therein.

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. oktka does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your data, no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Termination

oktka reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, failed to complete identity verification, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus funds will be returned to the User via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation. Any dispute arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration. oktka is committed to fair, transparent, and responsible operation of its Platform and makes every effort to resolve disputes amicably before formal proceedings are initiated. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under consumer protection laws applicable in Bangladesh.

Amendments to These Terms

oktka may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account by contacting our support team prior to the effective date; any real-money balance will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal process.
